3. Account Registration & Responsibilities

Each person may register one account only on phenjoy31. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, under another person's name, or through any other means — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your phenjoy31 account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other details requested during or after registration. You are responsible for keeping this information current and accurate at all times.

5. Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these general Terms, the game-specific rules shall apply to the relevant game.

• Bonuses are available to eligible phenjoy31 members only. phenjoy31 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its discretion.
• Each promotion will specify its wagering requirement — the number of times you must play through bonus funds before they can be withdrawn as cash. Wagering requirements on phenjoy31 are clearly stated and not artificially hidden.
• Bonus funds expire if not used or wagered within the stated validity period. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.

• Placing bets on behalf of another person who is prohibited from using phenjoy31.
• Engaging in any conduct that phenjoy31 determines in its reasonable judgment to be abusive, fraudulent, or harmful to other players or to the integrity of the platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on phenjoy31 — including but not limited to the platform name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, databases, and trade dress — is the property of phenjoy31 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use phenjoy31 for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

10. Limitation of Liability

• phenjoy31 is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, to the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law.
• phenjoy31's total aggregate liability to any member for any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that member in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits phenjoy31's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

phenjoy31 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that is found to be in violation of these Terms, or where phenjoy31 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity. In the event of termination due to a breach by the member, any balance held in the account may be forfeited.

You may close your phenjoy31 account at any time by contacting support@phenjoy31.net. Prior to account closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed in the normal course. Note that self-exclusion — a responsible gaming tool — is a separate process from account closure; see Section 12 for details.

• Accounts inactive for more than 24 months may be classified as dormant and subject to a monthly maintenance fee as permitted by applicable regulations, after notice has been provided.
• phenjoy31 will provide notice of account suspension where possible, except where immediate action is required to prevent ongoing harm or loss.

12. Responsible Gaming
